A contractor you can check before you sign
WeDesign is the international brand of Merkez Atölye Fuar Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., an Istanbul company with more than fifteen years in the exhibition industry. We design, produce and install stands for exhibitors coming to Turkish fairgrounds, and we build outside Türkiye as well. You can check that before you sign anything: every project in the portfolio carries its client, fair, year and venue, and every project page says whether its images were shot on site or come from the archive.
Design and fabrication stay with the same colleagues. We work timber, metal, glass and composite in our own facility, and at Turkish fairgrounds our own crew installs — so there is no chain of subcontractors between your drawing and the hall.

The yardstick does not move as we grow
Our yardstick does not move: every project has to be publishable with its client, fair and year; every image has to be able to state its source; every delivery date has to be able to stand in a contract. That is a harder promise to keep across a border than at home, which is exactly why we hold to it, and why we want to be known for it in the markets we work in.
The right stand, on the day it was promised
A stand that carries your brand accurately on the show floor, built to the budget you set and finished on the date written in the contract. From the first message to dismantling we put in writing what is included, keep the process visible from wherever you are, and work for your next fair as well as this one.

Every job starts from the fair, the floor area and the date, and the quotation states in writing what it covers. We would rather be here for your next fair than win this one on a number.
Made, not bought in
Timber, metal and glass are worked in our own workshop, and our master craftsman inspects the stand before anything leaves for the hall.
Checkable, not claimed
Every project is published with its client, fair and year, every image states whether it was shot on site, and the delivery date is written into the contract.
Drawn each time
The layout is redrawn for every fair around the brand, the floor area and the hall, and presented as a 3D model with photorealistic renders.

One contractor
Design, production, logistics and installation under one roof; from the first message to dismantling you deal with the same team, at one address and in one time zone.
Our own workshop
Timber, metal and composite are worked in our own facility, so design, fabrication and — at Turkish fairs — installation pass through the same team, with no subcontractor layer in production. The workshop is in Esenyurt, Istanbul, and open to visits: you are welcome to come and see your stand while it is being built.
Built across borders
The stands we have built in Germany, the United Arab Emirates and Italy are in the portfolio, fully credited.
The calendar is an obligation
A fair date does not move, so the delivery date goes into the contract to the hour. Every quotation carries a production and installation plan counted backwards from that fair's opening day.
How a job runs, from your first message
The brief
We start from the fair, the floor area and the date. Whether a bespoke timber build or a modular system is the right answer depends on your budget, and we say which at the quotation stage.
Design and approval
You approve a 3D model with photorealistic renders before anything is cut. Three rounds of revisions are included; further rounds are chargeable.
Production and inspection
Production runs in our own workshop: timber, metal and glass are worked here, and our master craftsman inspects the stand before it leaves.
Installation and handover
Our own crew installs at Turkish fairgrounds; partner firms do it elsewhere. The stand is finished on the contracted date — the evening of the last build-up day — and we dismantle it when the fair closes.
