Privacy Policy

This policy summarises in plain language how we handle the data of people who visit www.we-design.com.tr and contact us through it. The detailed legal notice is the Personal Data Protection Notice; if the two conflict, that notice prevails. The binding version is the Turkish text, published at https://www.merkezatolye.com/tr/gizlilik/.

What we collect and what we do not

There is no membership on the Site, no account is created and no payment is taken. We receive your personal data only when you complete the quotation form or reach us by telephone, e-mail or WhatsApp. During a visit, nothing is collected beyond the hosting provider’s server access log (IP address, time, page viewed) and — if you have consented — Google Analytics 4 measurement.

Form data is not stored on the Site

When you submit the form, your entries are converted into an e-mail and sent to info@we-design.com.tr; they are not written to the Site’s database. A hidden honeypot field and a timing check are used to prevent abuse of the form; these mechanisms collect no personal data.

Who we share it with

We share it with no third party other than our hosting provider (SiteGround, servers in Frankfurt, Germany), our e-mail infrastructure (Google Workspace), the suppliers and subcontractors we work with during production and installation, and — if you have consented — our measurement provider (Google Analytics). Legally mandatory cases are reserved. We do not sell or rent your data, nor add it to a marketing list.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS only and sends your browser a one-year HSTS header; the form is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Because form content is not held in the database, past quotation requests are not reachable through the Site even if the Site itself were compromised.

Children

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Links

Third-party links on the Site (for example Instagram) are subject to those sites’ own policies; we are not responsible for the processing that takes place there.
